Biology Question for Nine Standard Class

SAIKAT KUMAR DUTTA
TO THE READERS

At present I am a teacher of a secondary school where I teach LIFE SCIENCE (Biology). I am doing this job along with continuing my research works. I have set the question paper for Class-IX in Life science for the first terminal examination was held in August, 2007.

I am publishing this question paper of that examination through associated content web page, to show my question style to the biology students and teachers. I hope they will have an idea about the question setting by me and also hope they will prefer it. I think question papers should be set in this standard for class-IX. Comments are welcome.

The name of the school is not mentioned for maintaining the privacy.

Great stuff. In my neck of the woods, not many schools teach this stuff, and those interested have to do the research on their own!

you are sooo smart! I have no aptitude for science whatsoever, so your article was sort of consfusing for me, but maybe I can reread it again and try to understand!

great job on this article, even if I don't understand science very well!

It is interesting to see what is being taught in other countries. I don't remember a lot of what I learned back in h.s. and college, so I would have to study for this test, myself.
