Many people affected by bipolar disorder find it difficult to get help and support because of the feeling of isolation and feel that "you can't understand it if you don't have it." There are a number of groups available online where people that suffer from bipolar disorder, or their friends and family members, can share success stories and gain support through struggles with other bipolars.
