Birmingham Scheduled Construction Year Coming to a Close

The last day for the scheduled construction year in Birmingham is quickly approaching. The last scheduled day of work is October 20th when Adams Road, Maple Road, Pierce Street, Oakland Avenue, and Poppleton Street are all scheduled to reopen.

The new Birmingham construction year will start up again in the Spring or 2011. As of the writing of this post, the day had not been set in concrete (pardon the pun) as to when the first day would be. Remember, also that there are other projects that might pop up between now and the Spring of 2011. These would not qualify as, "scheduled," Birmingham construction jobs. These would be unscheduled fixes of problems that came up unannounced.
