Birmingham streets to be affected by construction projects this fall
Neighborhood: Henrietta Street @ Martin Street
Birmingham, MI 48009
United States of America
There are several road construction projects that are on-going for Birmingham communities. Road crews are going to add an additional layer to the streets to protect them from rain and to give more protection from the weather. There are also other projects listed at www.bhamgov.org . One of them is a sidewalk project, which will effect areas north of Maple Road and east of Adams. Additional sidewalk work will be done on the west side of the Central Business district. The city is working to make the projects go as smoothly as possible, with as least amount of inconvenience as they can.

The streets that will be affected during the construction period are:

Shain Park Streets Paving Project

Henrietta - From Brown to Martin

Bates Streets- From Brown to Martin

Townsend Street- From Chester to Henrietta

The next planning board meeting will be held on Sept. 22 at 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, in the City Commission room. Agendas will be posted
