The Birmingham/Bloomfield Art Center's annual Shop & Champagne will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. This is a great opportunity to support our local art center, enjoy fine food and drink, and maybe pick up a few items as Christmas or Hanukkah gifts. Tickets are $60 per person in advance and $70 per person at the door.

Some of the restaurants that will be offering tasty tidbits include Wolfgang Puck's Grille, Streetside Seafood, Jeremy Restaurant and Bar, Andiamo's, 220 Edison and Slow's Barbecue, just to name a few. A complete listing of featured restaurants can be found here.

The Birmingham/Bloomfield Art Center is a regional, non-profit art center advocating "Art for All." A full schedule of classes is offered for all age groups, from children to seniors, and in various media, including painting and drawing, mixed media, metal working and ceramics. The BBAC also partners with the College for Creative Studies and offers glass blowing and fashion design.

The BBAC is at 1516 S. Cranbrook Road, Birmingham, MI, just north of 14 Mile Road. Information about classes or the Shop and Champagne can be found by calling 248-644-0866.

See you there!
