Birmingham's Community House to host 2010 House Tour

This Thursday, Sept. 16, the Community House in Birmingham will be hosting its 2010 House Tour. The tour will feature eight homes, each displaying excellent décor and design. Three of the eight homes are owned by interior designers and are sure to impress. The other five are owned by people who have shown a skill in decorating.

The tour will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with an optional salad bar buffet on The Community House terrace from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will also be complementary tea at the Community House from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tickets with lunch are $45 in advance and $50 at the door, or $30 in advance and $35 at the door without lunch. Sponsors include Art Van Furniture, Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, and House of Bedrooms.
