Bitter Sweet

Changing Sun

*Shell*

A shiny streak peering through the slightest gap of the bed room drapes,

You appear so welcoming, calm, and fresh.

Your light upon my face in the gentle morn like a touch of ones love,

Will all soon be replaced with a flow of breezy colors of autumn's presence near.

I do not fret the lack of your warmth in the coming dawns,

For I know you will always return to my side.

I thought so too. I love summer, but I have to admit Fall is my favorite season. :)
