Sometimes, I am bitter
like a crabapple....
like a crabapple....
Only, it consumes me
becomes a part of my heart....
Twin to a serpent !
It knows evil and only ends where it begins....
only outcome is decay....

Please feel free to read all of my postings that i have and heaven forbid don't be afraid to comment. that Is how I know if I am doing a good job or not . :)
This is so true great work!
you gave such an accurate description of what bitterness is. and, you did it in so few words. that is commendable. i know, from personal experience. thanks for sharing your gift.
"bitter like a crabapple." I've tasted them. Ewww. The poem is what I, too, have found to be true. Holding onto bitterness is a lot like swallowing acid. It corrodes us on the inside. You've spoken a lot of wisdom in just a few choice words. Kudos!
So very true. Hugs Mary
Loved the comparison! Great job!
Short and sweet. Nice.
Great poem. I would add that it kills relationships instead of reconciles them.
