A Companion Piece to My Black Cat Halloween Story!
Because it is my birthday
My magic name and royal name
Are secret
I will never be more than one year-old
Although I am immortal
My first birthday will always be
My last
For me the time will never move
It will always stay the same
Each year my birthday brings
Eternal flame
My secret will always belong to me
And to the one who made it
And the time will never arrive
To say it
So I will always be Halloween
And Halloween will always be me
Each 13 moons my name sends me
Away
Dwelling in the loop of time
A child I will always be
Spinning each year in enchantment
Save one day.
