Black Cats and Witches on Halloween Night

A Halloween Poem.

Julie Michael
It's raining black cats and witches.
No really- Look outside, you'll see!
Black cats and witches, making their yearly jaunt.
Around the moon they go, cackling and hissing all the way.
Through the sky they go, those black cats and witches.
Off to stir up more fright, on yet another Halloween Night!
The wind will blow, the wherewolves will howl-
On and on they go, scary black cats and witches.
Don't be afraid, it's only for one night.
Then back to hiding they go, to wait for next year's fright.
