Storm Station Features:
AM/FM/TV/Weather Radio that receives all local stations as well as up to date weather broadcasting.
Detachable/rechargeable flashlight that is always charged and ready when you need it most.
25 watt power source allows for operation of low wattage appliances in the even of a power outage
12V recharging port gives power to small devices such as cell phone chargers.
In the event of a power outage, the unit has a locator light that comes on so that you can locate the Storm Station easily.
What I Like:
I love the fact that there is a rechargeable flashlight. It has always been a pain to look for a flashlight just to find that the batteries are dead. I also like that I can charge my cell phone from this unit with either a wall plug charger or a car charger. I've yet to determine how long the battery life is on the unit, but I've used it on all day fishing trips and still had my radio running long after. The unit is compact and easy to hook up. Plug in the power cord and you are all set. In the event of a power outage, the unit does light up so that you can find it.
What I Dislike:
The unit is heavy.
Overall:
Every function that this unit has, I've used. In the short time that I've had this item, I have taken it on camping and fishing trips. We've yet to have a major storm that requires its use. The Black and Decker Storm Station is a great product that I would highly recommend to anyone for any purpose.
Where you can find the Black and Decker Storm Station:
You can purchase the Black and Decker Storm Station from many major retailers online.
