Black Friday 2009 Ads Showcase Decent Deals

Meg G.
Black Friday 2009 ads are important to all budget-conscious consumers. 2009 is a year of a delicate balancing act for retailers. During 2009, inventory levels remained low, as consumers didn't spend as much money. The lack of a surplus of inventory leaves the possibility for deals somewhat limited. However, the ads have been leaked and is going to be another decent year for deals.

Best Buy is selling a MacBook for $999, which is the regular price. However, you will get a $150 gift card to spend on other Best Buy goods - making it a great deal if you are in the market for a MacBook anyways. Best Buy's Black Friday ad also has a lot of deals on digital cameras, TVs, and an amazing deal on a Compaq netbook for only $179.99.

Target's Black Friday 2009 ads are in, and the deals have received good reviews. Consumers can find $3 appliances, markdowns on Target's quality apparel, and plenty of markdowns on holiday décor. Target also has a few deals on video games, digital cameras, TVs, and small electronics. Target is a place to go if you plan on purchasing a lot of toys or clothing for gifts this year.

Walmart boasts the most hailed Black Friday 2009 ad of them all. Walmart's Friday sales are amazing, as always. Consumers can find a 50" Sanyo TV for $598, infant and toddler sleepwear for $3, and reversible fleece throws for $7. There are several toys marked down, loads of deals on CDs and DVDs, deals on video games and consoles, and so much more.

Don't forget to look over Friday 2009 ads for other retailers such as JC Penney's, Sears, Macy's, Kohl's, and Dillard's. Although these ads aren't as popular with the Black Friday crowd, you can find great deals on high quality name-brand clothing and other fashion accessories. Stores like Kohl's bring in deals for Black Friday that they don't typically offer in stores. These special deals lure the customers in, and then they see all the other deals and decide to buy.

I'm a fan of JC Penney's. I will probably hit that store after I hit either Target or Walmart. There are so many Black Friday 2009 ads to weed through, and so many of those ads showcase amazing deals that are hard to choose from. Toys R Us will also be another popular Black Friday shop, and those with children may want to stop at that retailer first, as their stores open at midnight.
