Black Ops Zombies: How to Get to Very High Rounds (40+) Solo - Kino Der Toten/1st Strategy
This is One of the Two Strategies You Can Use to Get to High Rounds
P.S. Don't expect to get to the 40s in the course of 1 or 2 hours. It takes a long time!
Starting The Game/Early Rounds
It's the beginning. You think you have what it takes to get to a very high round. First of all, you need Quick Revive. You cannot buy anything for the first 3 rounds or so. For these rounds (1-3) don't shoot your pistol unless it is double points ( in which you can shoot zombies in their legs 8-20 times without them dying depending on the round) or if you're in trouble. Try to stay in the first room as long as you can with your pistol and knife. If there are too many and you can't handle them with a knife and pistol, throw grenades. If that doesn't do anything, run away and open upstairs. If you get trapped, try your best to get to the nearest door- and open that one and stay there until you escape the zombies, then open upstairs. If you don't find the mystery box in the room you opened, open the next room and if it's not there buy the MP40. Stay in that room until you have at least 2500 points. Don't stay in that room past round 6 though. When you think you are in trouble or going to be in trouble, open the door for the dressing room and for the theater. There, gather up at least 6000 points. When you have 6000 points, turn the power on and buy Juggernog and the Bowie Knife. Yes, the Bowie Knife. The reason for this is that for rounds 1-9, the Bowie Knife kills in 1 knife, so go knife only- it will get you a lot of points. At round 10, stop depending on your knife and use your MP40. Run around the stage in circles until they stop spawning. Every ten seconds or so that you are running around, turn around and spray with the MP40 until they finish spawning. Throw grenades during the rounds so you have crawlers. At the end of the round, buy Double Tap and Speed Cola, buy MP40 ammo (if necessary) and use the mystery box until you get the Thunder Gun and Monkey Bombs. Kill the crawlers and do the same thing for the next few rounds.
Continuing The Strategy/ Mid-Rounds
For the next rounds, nothing will really change except there will be more waves of zombies. Keep running around the stage and keep spraying with the MP40 until you have about 20000 points. When the round starts, run around the stage in circles and spray with the MP40 and use most of your ammo and then stop and let the zombies all spawn. Then, run through the stage into the lobby and turn on the electric barrier on the stairs. Then, run upstairs, run through that room and go to the MP40 room. Buy ammo. Keep running until you get to the dressing room and turn on the second trap (closest to the door). Then run around the stage and let them spawn and spray them when they bunch up. Keep doing this same thing over and over again for the next rounds. The sprays will get you more and more points as you get to higher rounds. What you could also do, is run in circles around the stage until they stop spawning, then go into the teleporter and teleport when they are close. When you teleport back to the mainframe, run the lap around the map again and repeat the process
Late Rounds (25-30)
You basically do the same thing you've done for the last 10 or 15 rounds. But, there are going to be more zombies, which means more sprays and more traps.
Very Late Rounds (40-50)
These rounds will seem endless. They take an extremely long time to do, but you should have enough saved up from all the sprays with the MP40 to use a lot of traps. The MP40 takes about 4 magazines to kill with headshots, so that is just for points. In these rounds, you should try to get a Ray Gun from the mystery box and use it until you run out of ammo, then upgrade it. Just try to survive any way you can because you already got to the 40s.
Hopefully this helped you get to a high round. I will post another strategy for solo on this map soon.
