Blair's Jalapeno Death Sauce

A Great Hot Sauce

A.L.C.
We enjoy hot sauces in our house. Some of our favorites are the Blair Death brands. The sauces we have tried from this company have lived up to their billing. They have all been made with natural ingredients and they taste great. Blair's Jalapeno Death sauce is just wonderful. It is tasty and spicy yet mild.

On the top of the lable it says 'HANDMADE' and 'MILD'. On the back lable the list of ingredients is; jalapeno chilies, vinegar, tomatillos, fresh garlic, keylime juice, shallots, olive oil, sea salt, cilantro, cane sugar, onions, tequila, spices, xanthan gum.

There is also a statement that this sauce "contains absolutely no preservatives or artificial ingredients." That is probably why you have to refrigerate the contents after opening. And it tastes like that. Everything seems fresh as if you just whipped this sauce up yourself.

The makers recommend using this jalapeno sauce on 'fish tacos, fajitas, eggs, baked salmon, chicken.' We tried in on juevos rancheros and on baked salmon. Blair's Jalapeno Death sauce seemed to enhance the flavors of each dish while providing a little spark to the taste. it was just hot enough to be exciting while not too hot so as to make you run for the ice cream.

The bottle we tried came in a 5 ounce size. We should have bought two of them as it tastes so good and seems to be able to accompany just about any dish that this bottle is almost gone already. The bottom of the lable states "Feel Alive!" Well if that is related to good eating then it definately made me feel alive. I enjoyed it immensley as did our family and friends.

Blair's Jalapeno Death Sauce web site is www.extremefoods.com. Visit their site and peruse all their offerings. We have tried several of their sauces and none of them disappoint. They seem to make a flavor to suit just about any taste.
