Blake Lively Nude Photos

After photos of a nude woman, who looks like Blake Lively, was released over the internet, the actress became furious. Her lawyers contend that these are not her, and are upset that they are being represented as such.

The 23 year old from "Gossip Girl" has not taken the five naked photos in front of the mirror. They were taken by a look a like. Her lawyers have said they are going to take legal action against anyone who has published or anyone who republishes the photos.

If you are thinking about saving the photos and reposting them later, it will probably be best to get a lawyer first. However, I wonder how much control her lawyers can have over pictures that they admit are not her? If these are indeed a "look a like" and not in fact Blake Lively, than why all the concern?

There are many photos online of fake nude celebrities, and they are never once, such a huge push back from the celebrity. It makes me wonder, but of course I don't know, and will probably never know.

The photos are blurred and were apparently taken from an IPhone in front of a mirror. There are five photos total with a blurred or covered face in almost all of them. The official statement is as follows according to Celebuzz:

"The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it.com are 100 percent FAKE. Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

Again, I hate to beat a dead horse, but it makes me wonder, if they are fake, why not just simply say so, as many other celebrities have done so in the past. I would have thought they could simply force publishers to not republish them under the name of Blake Lively, but if they reposted the pictures and instead posted them as "Blake Lively look a like," could there really be any legal action taken successfully?
