Blessings in Disguise

Unwelcome blessings in disguise

Many storms turned out to be.

I'm back and I'm on the rise.

As you can clearly see

I'm ready to roll.

I'm ready to stroll.

I'm ready to roar.

I'm ready to soar

To brand new heights and much better sites.

I've weathered the storm and I'm stronger ever more.

Like the phoenix I rise again and again.

I won't stay down because I'm in to win.

I raise a fist like an Olympic torch,

A beacon of light for all to behold.

The storms are my mighty shield.

All now behold the sword that I wield.

I bear the light and I face the light

As I venture forth day and night.

I stand higher than the sky above.

No one can bring me down

Because God's on my side.
