Circumstance toys with my mind
While the light toys with my slumber
On off, on off
Taunting
To rid myself on my thoughts and your deeds
On off, on off
Lights- toying with me, mocking me
The joyous lights
On off, on off
What was there stands stagnant,
While the lights dance merrily upon my walls
Silence answers my questioning
The infernal lights joyous in their state of semi-illumination
On off, on off
They, a beacon leading me,
To see what was there
On off, on off
Their cheerfulness.
Brings about a smile
As I drift off towards fitful slumber
