The Pau Gasol Trade

C: Whats up with the Lakers? They are looking for anyone to help Kobe.

S: I think they have a great team and they are missing a great Coach. How can you not have a great team with Kobe on it?

C: The Lakers seem too really want to get rid of Gasol. That's who they should have given to the Mavs not Odom and they wouldn't be in this mess right now!

S:Gasol won't be around next season simply because the Lakers have tried to trade him so hard that he probably is mad.

C: I'd be mad too but he can only be mad at himself he knew what it was when he came to the Lakers. He knew that Kobe was going to be hard on him and if he didn't live up to the standards no matter how long he's there he still has to go,

S: Pau Gasol is a star player on most nights I think that the Lakers just don't fit. The Mavericks would have had a monster team if he had went too them instead of Odom.

C: Yeah Gasol is too soft for Kobe. Remember Kobe likes when they fight back!

S: Ok! I don't want to know what that means but I just think that the Mavs playbook plus Dirk would have spelled NBA Championship!

C: Well you need to learn to spell because Gasol is not what the Mavs need but he is what the Heat needs or even the Magic. That might convince Howard not too leave.

S: The Lakers need a point guard for Gasol and then they might have a chance this season and it would be a good move for the future.

C: Is Derek Fisher not still there? Why do they need a point guard I thought you like old players that have been around.

S: Fisher has been around and he seems to be a good guy and an average player that has always played too the best of his ability but his day is done. He needs to be the backup point guard that comes out too hit big shots.

C: That's messed up. You're a Boston Celtics fan. Some of the player are as old as the Coach right.

S: No! The Boston Celtics! That's not the same they have three future hall of fame players that have always and still do play way above average. Fisher has never been a star like that or even close to those guys.

C: Fisher has rings. That's rings not ring.

S: Fisher also has Kobe and he had Shaq. That's Shaq and Kobe at once at one point. You could have played point guard.

C: Of course everyone wants the Lakers too get a point guard because they can't take Kobe's spot and the Center spot is full. I feel bad for Fisher it's like they don't want to trade him but they still want to replace him.

S: He's a Laker and the fans would go crazy.

C: It's the fan that say the Lakers need a point guard to win. You can't have it both ways.

S: Maybe you can.
