C: Someone told me that the Jets signed Mark Sanchez to a contract extension. That's a good and a bad move.
S: What could be bad about signing Mark Sanchez to an extension? Seems like a wise choice.
C: No a wise choice would have been for the New York Jets too have perused the legend Peyton Manning as hard as they could. Also look at what Mark Sanchez did last season. Not much. As a young player he did well but nothing like what they could have got in Peyton Manning.
S: Peyton Manning?
C: Yeah he looks like a duck.
S: I think his head looks like a hammer.
C: Yeah but he's a player with skill no one can deny that unless they just don't like him. I think it's cool that he is still around and that he can still play at a high level. That's why the Jets needed him not Mark Sanchez.
S: It's got to be many upsides too Mark Sanchez or the New York Jets would not have signed the Contract extension.
C: There are allot of upsides too him but compared too Peyton Manning it's all downsides at least too me.
S: See you're thinking right now and the New York Jets are thinking future with Mark Sanchez. He is young. He's the future.
C: I'm thinking Super bowl. I'm also thinking that it's going to be a long time before Mark Sanchez gets the New York Jets even close.
S: You are wrong because now that the team is behind him and the fans seem to be also his game is going to improve.
C: It better improve they gave him allot of money. He is only 25 years old so it's kind of hard to make a judgment on his future. All I'm saying if I had a football team and I had a choice to keep Mark Sanchez or get Peyton Manning I'm taking Peyton Manning and Mark Sanchez would have to find another job. Like you said he's young he would have found another job fast.
S: Maybe the New York Jets never had a chance to get Peyton Manning who ever told you that is wrong. Did you ever think that's why they didn't get him?
C: If that is the reason that makes sense, because I never said Mark Sanchez was a bad player just not as good a player as Peyton Manning the Legend!
S: That would be cool for a year but Peyton Manning is old who knows how many years he has left.
C:Peyton Manning has allot of years left he is going to be one of those NFL players that play well long after the so called retirement age, whatever that is.
S: You never know he might pull one of his old muscles in practice. Maybe he'll pass out and hit his hammer head and dent whatever he hits.
C: Mark Sanchez can get hurt also. Injuries do happen too young players all the time also. Remember this is a contact sport still kind of.
S: Well we'll see. Maybe you can get a jersey from the whichever team signs Peyton Manning AKA Hammer Head!
