Teacher says or asks: DEMONSTRATE how Angie managed to keep herself from being beat up by Nikki and her gang of girls.

Students Respond: Angie pointed out the fact that their argument was with David, not with each other.

4. Analysis

Nikki yelled, "Angie! What are you doing making public announcements about you being hooked up with my boyfriend, David?"

Shocked, Angie said, "What?"

Nikki said, "You heard me!"

Students Respond: Accept Reasonable Answers

5. Synthesis

A. Teacher says or asks: Many times throughout history and in these modern types, boyfriends and husbands have cheated on girlfriend and wives. The same thing has happened in the reverse: girlfriends and wives have cheated on boyfriends and husbands. PREDICT and SUGGEST who is the person you should be most angry at: the one who did the cheating or the person he or she is doing the cheating with who may or may not know about the wronged partner?

Students Respond: Accept Reasonable Answers

B. Teacher says or asks: In the case of Angie, David, and Nikki, PREDICT and SUGGEST who Nikki should be most angry with: David who knows that he is cheating or Angie who did not have a clue that she was part of a love triangle.

Students Respond: Accept Reasonable Answers

6. Evaluation

Teacher says or asks: EVALUATE the best method David could have used should he want to try to be able to date Angie and Nikki without having them feel mad at him.

Students Respond: David should explain to both of them that he wants to be free to date each of them and others and allow the girls to make a choice as to whether or not they can handle it. In any case, he should be honest and up front with both of them.
