Blueprint 3 Leak Reveals New Jay-Z Album
Tracks from the Latest Jay-Z Album Have Been Leaked on the Internet
The Blueprint 3 is the newest album from rapper Jay-Z, and was an album that he worked on with music producer Timbaland. This is where one of the stories has developed as to who has released the tracks, with rapper Memphis Bleek (who was a protégé of Jay-Z) stating that it had to be Timbaland's camp that released the tracks early. There hasn't been a response from Timbaland's side of things yet, but he did work on the album with Jay-Z, and had previously reported that he would have liked to spend more time working on the music that will be on this album.
In the music industry where all of these artists now reside, it isn't always clear what the motives behind releasing tracks early might be. Sometimes an artist or the label will do it in order to create some buzz around the album or give fans a taste of what's to come. Other time mistakes have been made in the distribution chain, and entire albums have been released online before they were intended to hit the public ears. It is also a mix of reviews as to how those songs and albums are received in the end, but one thing is probably beyond guessing, is that with an artist of Jay-Z's stature, having his album released early could mean a huge dip in opening week sales for any new album.
To date, five new tracks off the new Jay-Z album have been released too early, and four of them were worked on by Timbaland, leading to the assumption that he could have something to do with it. Either way, fans of Jay-Z music are getting an early taste of what is to come, and it could make or break the final opinion on whether or not they should purchase the whole album on its drop date. Now the question will be whether research is done to try and trace the method by which these tracks were released, because with the technology of today, it is often easy for industry experts to go back and figure out where the trail started. Could this really hurt The Blueprint 3 in sales? Yes it could; but it could also really help the album sell if fans are over-the-top excited about how great these new songs sound.

The album's acceptability depends a lot on the genuiness of a number of news stories. Only when those stories unravel may we truly witness the potency of Jay-Z's 11th album. He's working on Blueprint 3.0. While followers decode the well-dressed warnings and deeply seeded meanings on the album that marks the point Jay-Z defeated Elvis Hova is already On to the Next One.
