Bob Howard Toyota moved into this new building a couple of years ago. You drive into the service area which is inside. Attendants immediately come to you while you're in the car to get some information such as name, appointment, why you're there and if you need a ride or if you are waiting.
I usually wait at the new car dealership unless it's complicated. One reason I wait is because it seems to me they get you out faster than if you get a ride somewhere. When I have gotten a ride, it goes well. Someone is usually free.
Waiting at the new car dealership is nice because they have free coffee and ice cold water. The coffee is brewed by the cup so it's fresh. The bathrooms are clean and the waiting area has a television and play area for children. Once in a while, I get command of the remote control if no other customers are watching the television.
Bob Howard Toyota prices are a little high but service is good and you can get coupons. They used to mail them to me right after my service check-up until I gripped about it. Now, I receive them just before routine check-ups. They always have a customer service representative call for feedback which is nice.
Something I like is this new care dealership will rinse my car after a check-up if they aren't pressed for time with lots of appointments. It's always a draw though. I've been there on Saturdays when it's slow and I've been there on Tuesday afternoons when they hardly had a free minute.
I've gone in with appointments and without appointments. I've called several days in advance to schedule and called the day before to schedule. I have never had a problem getting in to have my car checked.
They used to be a Scion dealer but I noticed their website doesn't list those right now. I don't know what's up with that but for a new car purchase, Bob Howard Toyota seems the place to go when buying a new car. Watch their newspaper sales ads for a good price for your new car purchase.
