Bobby Cutts: Latest and Greatest Bad Cop

Bad Cop Report #2

Storm
On June 14th Jessie Davis and her unborn baby went missing. At this point Bobby Cutts Jr. was a person of interest in the case. When the bodies of Jessie Davis and her unborn baby, Chloe, were found on June 25th Bobby Cutts Jr. was taken into custody. Here is the interesting part; Cutts was a Canton, Ohio cop. Unfortunately we hear about this kind of murder all too often in these violent times, but that fact that Cutts was a member of the police force really made good copy for the press.

Jessie Davis was found 25 miles away from her home in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Since the Coroner has not released his report we don't know anything else about the condition the body was in at the time of discovery. The details are forthcoming however there is the actual crime scene to consider and based on the evidence found at the scene Bobby has been a very bad boy.

Let's look at Cutts personal profile. He considered himself and was considered by most to be a player. Cutts was physically excellent and played football until he joined the force. Women found him very attractive, perhaps even irresistible. He had in his 27 years managed to father 4 children (counting unborn Chloe) by 3 different women. His behavior would suggest that he found women as merely conquests and considered impregnating them to be added bonuses. The children seemed to be nothing more than trophies to him.

The maternal grandmother found Blake, Jessie Davis' first child by Cutts. He was alone, and in soiled diapers at Jessie Davis' home. It's anybody's guess as to how long the child was alone and frightened. All he could do is cry and say "Mommy was crying", "Mommy broke the table", "Mommy is in the rug". One can only assume that this child witnessed his mother's demise. That fact won't escape any of us that have had children. It has been reported that Davis' parents have temporary custody of the child and Blake has been carrying around a cell phone pretending to call and talk to mommy in heaven.

It appears that right before Jessie's second baby, Chloe, was about to be born she discovered that Bobby was still married to Kelly Cutts and this had not been disclosed. Cutts was in a bitter child custody battle with Kelly Cutts and this may have been a large stressor. These could have been contributing factors as a potential for motive. An ABC news report stated that, "deaths of pregnant women is frequently homicide". The fact that this death appears to be by a cop stands out.

Davis' mother said there was a stench of bleach when she arrived on the scene and it appeared to detectives that an attempt to clean the scene was made. Bobby Cutts says that he arrived on the scene and Jessie was dying and spoke to him before she died. He admits to trying to clean the scene with bleach. He seems to be claiming that he felt that nobody would believe him and in a panic he and an old high school friend Myisha Ferrell buried her in Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Here is the scoop on my latest and greatest bad cop. There is no scoop. We don't quite know what happened. We are still waiting for the results from the Coroner. The coroner stated on June 25 that is could take weeks to determine the exact cause of death because the body was badly decomposed. Not to be gory about this but if there was 9 or 10 days from the time of death then in a warm weather situation liquefaction could have occurred and all that would have been left are the skeletal remains.

It is interesting that Cutts was with investigators when the body was found. There is conjecture that Cutts told them were the body was to be found in an effort to cut a deal with prosecutors So we have no idea what the cause of death is and we are waiting to found out the final outcome of yet another cop out of control.
