Nordic Walking:
From the ski slopes to the street emerges a strange but effective calorie-burning exercise that uses two especially designed poles to work out your upper body as you walk. Nordic Walking tones your upper body, works on your shoulder and neck muscles and is great for a cardiovascular booster. All you have to do is invest in a pair of poles and off you go.
Dancing:
If you love to dance then try the Tango to get your heart racing in more ways than one. Tango is sultry, sexy and hot and it works out all parts of your body. This dance is excellent for aerobic workout, improves your co-ordination and is great fun. Grab yourself a partner and start your Tango work out.
Sagging Chins:
Botox is excellent however your face muscles really do need exercise in order to stop your double chins sagging and your face ending up leaning on your chest. Remember when you are doing an overhaul to your body that your face can't be neglected. The face is the easiest part of the body to work out and the first to show results. Go and get a good facial and massage and treat yourself.
Body Camp:
This is the most difficult however if you take the pains and strains in your stride and promise yourself a good vacation as a treat then you just might manage to stay the course at a body boot camp. Body camp includes a personalized eating plan, your own trainer and a five day body detox and contour session. There are body camps all over the world so you can fool yourself into thinking this is a mini-vacation and go for it.
Power Stroller:
For those of you who have just had a baby and do not have the time to go to a gym then try the new craze, "Power Pramming". All you need is a baby, stroller and not to bother what anyone around thinks. Take your stroller out at a good walking pace, pausing for core stability and pelvic floor exercises. Start off slowly and try to build up to a 45 minute good fresh walk daily and soon all the baby fat will vanish.
Boot Camp:
For those of you who are determined to get your shape back then body boot camp is for you. You have to be prepared for a stint at a fast and furious regime in order to get results and you need to be totally dedicated to the program. You will go through GI JANE press-ups, running circuits and an put up with army-trained instructors. Sessions run during rain, hail or shine so don't sign up if you are a weener.
