The best feature of this device is that it can be used as either an elliptical trainer or an exercise bike. This helps you save even more space because you only need one piece of equipment to do two different things. Switching from using the elliptical to the bike is easy. All you need to do is sit down or stand up and transfer your feet to the other set of pedals. The seat on the bike adjusts vertically and horizontally so that it can be made to fit almost anyone. The maximum weight for this product is 250 pounds.
This two in one design could be great for very beginner exercisers or overweight people because they can use the elliptical and then sit down on the bike for some rest without having to stop their workout.
A slight problem I have noticed with the elliptical is that the stride length is shorter than on larger machines. However, this is easy to adjust to and if you are not very tall you will probably not notice anyway. There is a wide resistance range that goes from very easily to very difficult for me to move the pedals.
The LCD console has several preset workouts to help you get the most out of your time. It also has a heart rate monitor which works with the preprogrammed workouts to keep you in the proper heart rate range to get the results you want.
I was worried about the quality of the machine because of its low price but it has proven to be study. It does not shake or rattle when I use it and it sits flat on the floor. Assembly was easy, taking only about 20 minutes since it came with a clearly labeled diagram.
I enjoy using this product because it is well-built and quiet. The size is perfect for my small apartment. I would recommend this product to any average exerciser who wants a reasonably priced machine for their home.
