The best thing about BodyBlast is the classes. I first went to BodyBlast Studio because someone mentioned it offered pole dancing class. I was surprised to see when I went to the website (www.bodyblaststudio.com) that they offer a variety of pole dancing classes, including pole tricks and aerobic pole. I went to the pole tricks class first, and it was amazing. It's easy to see how someone might feel uncomfortable taking a pole dancing class, but the instructors are wonderful and make you feel completely comfortable.
If pole dancing isn't your thing, then there's a bunch of other classes you can take. There's Zumba, taught by Lupe. It goes incredibly fast, but you learn to keep up pretty quickly. There's the typical yoga classes. There's also a lot of TRX classes, including those for beginners such as Beginner TRX and advanced classes such as TRX Drench.
If you aren't too into the classes, they also offer mixed martial arts training, or MMA. I'm not too familiar with this, as I'm usually in the classes, but there are a variety of groups that participate in this.
There's also the typical gym equipment, if you are just looking for a quick workout. There's treadmills and plenty of free weights for whatever workout you need to do. There's also some tires you can get an arm workout moving as well as ropes to climb. They even have a BodPod, which will allow you to test your body fat and get an almost precise measurement.
One of the other things that is cool about BodyBlast is that they offer many events to bring in new members, and they are enjoyable for current members. Recently I went to a ladies night, which was a way to meet vendors throughout the city. They also offer workshops such as bodyblast camp and pole dancing workshops as well. So no matter what it is you are looking for, you will probably find it at BodyBlast Studio.
