Smith's family and an old school mate of Smith's mother are thus arranging a bone marrow drive in the Phelps, KY. area in an effort to find the boy a match. If you are interested in being tested or donating so that others can be tested or otherwise offering support, this latest drive will take place at the Phelps High School on February 14, 2009 from 2 P.M. until 5 P.M. The cost of each test is $25.00. Those who can pay are asked to do so. Those who cannot are encouraged to be tested anyway since an account has been set up at a local bank for donations to help pay for tests. It is required that ones be between the ages of 18 through 60 and in fairly good health to be tested.
Please, come by, have your mouth swabbed, and help to save Kyle Smith's life.
