"Bones" - If You Haven't Watched This Show Here is Why I Do and Why I Suggest You Try It

I have been a "Bones" fan since the first show. The sexual tension between Dr. Breenan and Special Agent Seeley Booth is what makes this series not only funny but intense. Even with this newest season while Agent Booth has his new girlfriend living with him it is evident that his true love lies with the great Temperance.

"Bones" is one of the seasonal dramas that take us to the past, present and future in the lives of each one of the shows cast. Temperance, Emily Deschanel, Agent Booth, David Boreanaz, Ms Montenegro, Michaela Conlin, her new husband Dr. Hodgins, TJ Thye, the boss Dr. Saroyan, Tamara Taylor, Dr. Sweets the silly young psychiatrist, John Francis Daley, and of course the sweet and loveable Zack Addy, Eric Millegan.

Each season of "Bones" gives us a touch more of each one of these fantastic characters and their lives. We the fans/audience become so embroiled in the past and future of each of these characters the murders and solving them simply become a second place point to the show.

There are however, a few things in the show "Bones" that fans and viewers may think could be a little more realistic. Such as, having your face over the remains of a body that has been exposed to the elements of the weather and having laid in the forest or in the ground for a period of time, would certainly make the anthropologist wear a mask when working by the bodies. Yes, of course these are back flow tables with the ventilation in the table itself to suck out the smells but still, one would smell the fragrance of rot in the area of the corpse.

Also it amazes me that Dr. Brennan is allowed to accompany Agent Booth when he makes the arrest of the murderer. In true life this would not be allowed at all.

All in all I find the seasons episodes interesting, fun loving, and I enjoy each and every show to the maximum setting aside those few items I think may not be realistic. In fact I find the show "Bones" so fun to watch I visited recently in Washington DC and made a point of spending the day at the Smithsonian Institute seeking to view some of what may be in each and every show. I was not however, allowed to enter the crypt of the Smithsonian so I was not able to see the actual filming areas.

To my surprise this didn't make my weekly needs to see "Bones" when it shows, even the reruns, at all.

Oh, CJ, please forgive me - I've forgotten to check your Profile Page to see that you published and with the lack of notifications - I see I've missed a few of yours. We faithfully watch Bones, too. Great show, cheers :)
