Sevastian Winters is a true Master at his craft. He writes with so much flavor that I'm licking my lips for more. These short stories are simply enchanting. Some are even disturbing but you will not be able to say they didn't make you think or feel something deep.
He writes so vividly that you will picture the scenes and become entangled in each moment as he creates a powerful spell with words. I feel as if he pushed several emotional buttons in his compilation of these intense short stories. They are much like condensed soup without adding water--very potent!
These stories are perfect for busy lives. You could fit a couple into a break at work or a quick bedtime read--but I haven't tried reading by the bonfire just yet. He brings the fire and all you need to do is turn the pages and let the words warm you. Sevastian also introduces us to a special guest writer (who also writes for AC) but I will not divulge the details here because this will just make you thirsty to know who it is. Which hopefully means more book sales for Sevastian. Another AC contributor "Demetria Dixon" poured her heart and soul into editing this work. The spooky and cool cover art is attributed to Lisa Williams Williams. A must read!
Sevastian is a hot new writer producing several books. Please check out his latest news at blogspot.com where you can find ordering information and current updates on his publications. I'm really glad I ordered Bonfire Stories and will be reading more from this intriguing author.
