Would you like to improve your relationships with others? If you answered, "yes" then a great book to read is "He Said, She Said, I Said 7 Keys to Relationship Success".To share with us what the book is about and how it can help you, I have interviewed psychotherapist and book author Barbara J Peters RN, LPC.

Tell me a little bit about yourself?
"I am a registered nurse, licensed professional counselor and new author.

I am also busy being a grandparent, wife, mother and friend. I am passionate about helping people aspire to have happy loving relationships and get a positive approach to life." My first book, The Gift of a Lifetime, Building a Marriage That Lasts gave me the incentive to write a second. The feedback was so positive that I knew I needed to continue to deliver my message.

What made you decide to write He Said, She Said, I Said 7 Keys to Relationship Success?
"Deciding to write He Said, She Said, I Said was just a normal progression of my desire to get my words out there. It actually began from my blogs and then just took off. I found myself hearing the same questions and concerns over and over again. They became much of the content for my blogs. Then the AH HA moment: why not put these words of wisdom in a book everyone could read. It was as simple at that."

What is your book He Said, She Said, I Said 7 Keys to Relationship Success about?
"The book takes some universal concerns, questions and thoughts and gives a new perspective to making relationships work. It takes 7 areas of couples most difficult challenges: communication, trust, forgiveness, intimacy, acceptance, friendship and love, and looks at each one through the eyes of my clients."

How is your book He Said, She Said, I Said 7 Keys to Relationship Success different from other relationship books out in the market?
"It is different from other books in that it comes directly from the everyday voices I hear behind closed doors.

I have then shown how complicated relationships can get caught in the narrow pathways of individual perceptions, and that it is crucial in discovering that a couples connection can either be strengthened or weakened by how they handle their differences."
