Book Presents New Twist to Apocalypse

Alex Stevens
In my spare time, I enjoy reading mysteries and supernatural and New Age science fiction, but every so often a book comes along that intrigues me and captivates my interest, so much so that I have a difficult time putting the reading down. So has been the case with Dark Justice: Armageddon's Betrayal, a 408-page mystical science fiction novel that also includes an interesting timetable and illustrations.

The novel, itself, opens with a catastrophic missile attack that sets the stage for upcoming events unprecedented in human history. While no individual or group steps forward to claim responsibility, a series of mystifying revelations provide further clues and resources that will eventually aid in solving the mystery.

The dark secret that is eventually uncovered is a reality not foretold in the Book of Revelations. As Judgment Day grows closer, the Dark Messiah is summoned as a radically different Revelations and a new Armageddon are about to be unleashed. As the diabolical plan plays out, the supernatural merges with human reality and transcends the limitations of man's reasoning and five senses.

While it is difficult to reveal much of the story without giving away its mystery or surprises, it can be shared that there are many entertaining scenes and characters that can engage the reader as well as provide food for thought. In one chapter, for example, the novel's hero, Ruff Clear, meets Nostradamus who will eventually guide him on a journey that will take him back through time and space to the day of the infamous missile attack that set the Dark Messiah's plan into action. In another chapter, cloning experiments result in terrible deformities and other unimagined as well as unethical consequences, while the entire story takes place against a background of a new world order as global leaders attempt to force a one-world government on a resistant United States.

Dark Justice: Armageddon's Betrayal contains ongoing action, complete with catastrophic events and natural disasters. But beyond this, it highlights the characteristics that make man so uniquely special and mark his membership within a divine family and a brotherhood that transcend the limitations of the physical body and death. While entertaining and futuristic, the novel also provides food for thought about challenges that face us in the present that could impact the world of tomorrow and generations to follow.

My husband bought the book and shared it with me. We both really like the supernatural to begin with, and we enjoyed the novel alot. The author was very creative and gave me a story very different from much of what I see on the market today. The novel held my interest even long enough to finish it in only one sitting, something I rarely do except when something really captures my interest. Thanks, Alex, for bringing this novel to our attention.
