The Attractor Factor: 5 Easy Steps for Creating Wealth (or Anything Else) from the Inside Out is an interesting combination- part autobiography, part wealth creation, part self-help, and part spiritual. In the book, author Joe Vitale claims that those who try hard and still fail need to participate in self-assessment and remake their "inner beings" in order to attract the success, wealth, and happiness that they seek. According to the spiritual and marketing guru, self-sabotage is the problem; people do the right things, but they get the wrong results. Vitale offers tips that are inspiring and effective answers for anyone who wants to get ahead in life.

The uplifting stories that are scattered throughout the book also include some of the author's personal experiences as examples when he's trying to get his point across. The concept of everything previously mentioned is not unfamiliar; you will find it in many self-help books, but this particular book offers a fresh look into old concepts. For example, insisting that practicing the Attractor Factor means becoming a magnet for whatever you want, Vitale also believes that you have the power to manifest everything you want out of life. All it takes is positive thinking and five easy steps. They are as follows:

• Step One: The Springboard (Learn how to rise above the negativity that will impede your success in life.)

• Step Two: Dare Something Worthy (Dare to dream and seek your destiny.)

• Step Three: The Missing Secret (Discover the missing secret of your personal happiness.)

• Step Four: Nevillize Your Goal (Discover how you can look at your goals and the goals of other people in an exciting and energizing way.)

• Step Five: The Ultimate Secret (The state of being that enables the Universe to bring you what you desire most.)

Each step is very detailed and leaves nothing to the imagination. If you want to follow the lessons taught by Vitale, they are completely laid out for you. Also included are other helpful chapters, success stories, prayers and scripts. The only downside to the book is taking time to slough through the self-promotion written by Vitale. However, if you are a fan of the good doctor, it shouldn't bother you at all.

The spirituality factor may also be a concern for some. The "preaching" in the book, though spiritual, is not deeply religious. At the same time, it may possibly conflict with some of your own personal views, depending on your religion and upbringing. In any regard, the main focus of the book is positive thinking and self-reform.

Overall, the best features of Attractor Factor are the exercises located throughout the book and especially in the final chapter. To get everything possible out of the text, don't skip these little extras. The exercises are quite informative, providing clarification and self-awareness.

The Attractor Factor promises to give you everything you've ever hoped for- the perfect job, wealth, happiness, and more. As with anything, reading a book is not enough. You must apply what you've learned and believe that your goal is possible. The key to your success is you.
