Michael Clairborne teaches readers through examples from his clients that every Christian has a sexual struggle. Human beings have always struggled in the areas of lust, fornication and staying true to the word of God. This book will help anyone that cannot take control of their own bodies. If you ever felt like your body was out of control and you flesh was taking power over you, then you must read this book. I felt like Michael Clairborne understood the physical flesh more than any other author that I have ever read from. You don't have to be a Christian in order to read this book. It is not preachy and really it is for people of any faith. Michael Clairborne allows you to see what your true sexual age is and to measure out what your life is going to be about in the future.

Michael Clairborne put a lot of time and focus into this book. I simply could not put the book down. The book is 201 pages long and an easy read. He does not use complicated words that only a seminarian or pastor could understand. He uses simple language that any man or woman could learn from.

I believe that this book is best suited for teenagers, young adults and anyone else that can't get a full grasp on their sexual struggle. I believe that it will inspire them to do the right thing. People have always told me that Christian books minister to the soul and I can tell you that this one does.

He also teaches you in this book how to forgive yourself and others that have hurt you. You may not know how to do this.
