investigating Logan Airport parking , there are some choices to think about.
Here are a couple of nearby solutions for Logan Airport parking. Keep in mind that outdoor facilities will expose you to the elements compared to an indoor parking situation. However the indoor parking rate will be higher due to the
added comfort features and benefits:
Park Shuttle & Fly, located at 320 McClellan Hwy (Rte. 1A), has an outdoor rate of $17.50, and is 1.7 miles from the Boston Logan International Airport terminal.
PreFlight Airport Parking, located at 111 Eastern Ave, has an outdoor rate of $17.00, and is 1.7 miles from the Boston Logan International Airport terminal.
Sometimes you can leave your car at a hotel if you stay there for a couple of days before your flight, so that is always good to research. Also some rental car centers have a place for parking for those going to airports in certain
areas so that is worth looking into as you research Boston airport transportation ideas.
If you do leave your car at a facility, find out about the security and how often the shuttle is to and from the airport so you give yourself enough time to catch your flight. Also think about what you will be leaving in your car and make sure you are comfortable with their monitoring of your vehicle. If there are items you don't need in your car that may attract attention it is best to leave them at home.
One advantage of leaving your car near the airport rather than at the airport is that you will be dropped off right in front of the terminal compared to having to take a bus or shuttle from long-term parking. Also some of the facilities
serve coffee and will even give your car a car wash.
When you compare long-term parking at the airport with parking at a nearby facility find out what the hours are for the bus or shuttle to the terminal to be sure there is service if you have a very late night flight or early morning flight. It's also important to find out the intervals of the shuttle and what the maximum waiting time can be.

Post a CommentI used this company once and will never go back again. All was fine until I got my key and went to start my car. The key had been forcibly removed with the ignition in an improper position which damaged my lock cylinder. The lock cylinder now has to be replaced at a cost of $300. I showed this to the attendant on duty and he had me fill out a damage report, saying that they had insurance to cover this sort of thing and promising that his manager, Patrick Flavin, would take care of it. I paid the exorbitant amount of $92.50 for four days parking and went on my way. When I called Patrick Flavin, he was rude, combative, and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He told me that I was lying and trying to scam him and then he hung up on me. Now I'm out the $92.50 plus $300 to fix my car and I feel like I have no recourse at all.
If you want your car to be safe, park it at the airport. If you want convenience, take a cab. If you want to have your car damaged and be yelled at by a di
