Have you stopped on by Boston Tea's website lately? Perhaps you've never even heard of them, so here is your chance to learn about a great tea company. Visit their website atwww.BostonTea.com and check out the extensive menu selection of tea families, including but not limited to green tea, black tea, white tea, rooibos tea, and oolongtea. You pick your leaf of choice, and then choose a great flavor.
So, what are some of their latest tea varieties? One of my favorite varieties is called Coconut Joy, and it is described by Boston Tea Company as "a naturally exotic blend of premium Ceylon Black Tea with decadent Coconut pieces and exotic coconut flavor." Yes, that definitely fits the bill! The tea has a wonderful island-like scent before you even prepare it, which I thoroughly enjoyed as I opened by box straight out of the mail and pushed the brown sack up to my nose. A welcoming scent indeed! And the flavor is heavenly, as those coconut pieces release their flavors into your hot tea.
They've also got some other new flavors, like various berries including blackberry, and my favorite variety called BerryMedley that has raspberry, cranberry, rosehips, safflowers, and pomegranate flavors intertwined.
Be sure to swing by the green tea section, too, because they are offering some unique flavor selections including "Organic Lovely Lemon" that has a really delightful citrus twang to it, and one called "Oriental Treasure" that is jam-packed with antioxidants that leave you feeling really refreshed. For a 24-count box, it's just $4.49, and $8.99 for the cute 50-count light blue tin.
The little tins that the teas come in are absolutely adorable, and even the brown sample bags are cute, too, with their almost "rustic" appeal. Everything the company offers seems to be a great gift idea for your next special someone, including tea pots, pretty silk tea sachets, and other special treats.
You can read up a little about thecompany's background and even enjoy reading up abouthow to create the perfect cup of tea, right on their website.
Shipping starts at $5.75, and your package comes rather quickly and on time. The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is really pleasant to deal with, as I experienced through some e-mail communication. Check them out today!
