With the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym you can exercise in the comfort of your home. There is no need to follow the instructions of the gym instructors, and to move at a fast pace. With the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym you can work out at the speed and time limit you want. You can assemble the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym in a convenient place in your home, or even in front of the TV. There is no need to go to any shop, you can order the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym online, and the machine is delivered right to your doorstep in a few days time. It can be heavy though, so find someone who can help you set it up. At the least, the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym will take about an hour or two to set up, and you're ready to go. Another advantage is that you will be just paying off a single payment, rather than renewing your subscription to a gym again and again. The Bowflex Revolution Home Gym comes with detailed instructions and a manual with every screw detailed to make sure that you get all the pieces just right. I know because some manuals can be really difficult to follow, and the device just never sits right! But there is nothing to worry about with the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym.
Do get someone to help you though, as the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym can be heavy and difficult to set up by a single person. Another good idea is to use the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym together with an 80lbs upgrade with a machine mat. You can also choose to buy the I-trainer that works just as well in setting up the machine, and makes it easier to use. You will also get an additional two plates of 40lbs with the upgrade that you choose. Just make sure you buy the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym and the upgrade together, or you have to wait for two weeks for the upgrade to arrive. This takes a lot of time for you to adjust to the machine.
The advantage with the I-trainers is, that you are shown exactly how to use the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym, and get the most out of it. Do get the accessories rack as well, as you can keep everything on it. The rack is about 2 ½' L x 2 ½' W x 3' H and weighs a measly 50lbs. Frankly, it's worth the expense.
There is no need to get an extra room for the 2 ½' L x 2 ½' W x 3' H, as it has a floor space of 55x37 in, when all its arms are folded in. But please do note that the machine has a revolution of 9'4", and that might take up more space.
All in all, I'd advise you to try out the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym for one of the best workouts at home ever. I certainly enjoyed using it.
