Boys Beating Up on Their Moms

Jaahda Jinnah
Up to 10% of domestic violence calls on the emergency lines comes from mothers who are being beaten by their teenage sons.
Often these boys have started up where their now absent fathers left off. The woman often escapes her abusive husband only to then be confronted by a violent son.
These boys often are demanding money or use of the car and almost invariably they use withholding of money, the car or other resources to justify their abuse.
Many of these boys also have no violent records beyond the confines of their own front doors. And often their mothers are single parents.

In spousal relationships where domestic violence is prevalent there is usually a 'cycle of abuse' (right click here to see the wheel of abuse) and instances of violence and abuse are most often cyclical.

But here I'd like to introduce an issue that I believe can change and seriously alter the dynamics of abusive relationships and may also be responsible for much of the violent abuse meted out by boys onto their mothers; this being the common use of amphetamines and hydroponically grown marijuana that predisposes its' users to sporadic bouts of violence which can often be extreme and very uncontrolled.
I often joked when talking to the boys and girls in my prison work that. "whizz breaks ya brain and is breaking the whole world". They would invariably agree.
I reckon that amphetamines are one of the most dangerous things on the planet.
Amphetamine use can render behavioral studies and models redundant if the influence of these drugs on violent behavior is not taken into account.

I added hydroponically grown marijuana to the list above because it so often causes behavior that was not prevalent with marijuana use before the convention of growing it hydroponically came into practice.
A friend who is a doctor once suspected amphetamine use in one of his patients yet the patient said they used marijuana but not amphetamines. Out of curiosity he ordered a blood test and amphetamine like substances were present.
I asked the 'boys' in prison if they ever added amphetamines to the hydro marijuana to which they replied, "Yes - all the time. Gotta get em hooked".

It would be interesting if the blood of violent offenders were routinely tested to quantify which drugs may be in the bloodstream so that in the future we could see more accurate figures regarding the influence of drugs on incidences of violent behavious.

Keep posted.

Moms also torture their kids. I am one perfect example, and I know of quite a few sons who have been through the same thing. Many have not survived. It is called GAMES and the GENDER WAR. It began when we were kids and we never blossomed because our lives and health were impaired because of the requirements of the game. Hell will visit these female monsters!
