Brandi Glanville's Drunk Driving -- After Losing Eddie Cibrian to LeAnn Rimes, Now She Faces Jail Time

Brandi Glanville's drunk driving arrest has reached an unfortunate update, as reported at OMG. The 37-year-old jilted wife was arrested last October 29th after she was pulled over in Beverly Hills and failed a sobriety test. Glanville has now been charged with two misdemeanors - driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a blood alcohol level of above .08. Glanville faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

LeAnn Rimes cheated on Dean Sheremet to be with the married with children Eddie Cibrian, now Brandi Glanville's ex. It was the story of two people who cheated on their spouses to be with each other. Glanville went public with her feelings, and Eddie went public with his request that she get over it. "I can't change the past and I'm truly sorry that people got hurt along the way but not everything reported in the media is reality and continuing to rehash things publicly only makes it more difficult for everyone to heal. I hope for the sake of our children we can all move forward and heal privately. I wish their mother nothing but the best."

As Brandi Glanville's drunk driving reaches a new level with official charges and possible jail time, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, who have not married, will obviously get much more time with the boys if Glanville goes to jail. Rimes, once a country darling and probably someone who has never cheated on anyone other than Sheremet, had better hope her happily ever after with Cibrian remains that way, because according to Glanville, Cibrian is no stranger to infidelity. In addition to his affair with Rimes, he had a three year affair with a cocktail waitress during the time when Glanville was pregnant. "To find out that whole time that he was doing that-it just made me sick," Glanville said.
