Brandsmart USA in Deerfield, Florida is a Warehouse Full of Home Needs

Brandsmart is a superstore for all your appliance needs. We are gradually doing over our kitchen and after shopping around decided to look at Brandsmart since it's only one town away. The prices we saw in their weekly advertisements were very appealing.

The store is gigantic. It's no bells and whistles, it looks like a warehouse. There are levels of merchandise, upper and lower and it is jammed with aisles of everything you could possibly use in a home. They carry everything you might need for a business office. They have computers, phones, shredders, water coolers, monitors, cell phones, two way radios and televisions, ink, toner and computers and more They carry Cingular ad Metro PS phones.

Parking is ample. You can also grab lunch from the carts outside.

For your home theatre they have custom installation of all sound systems by trained installers. They do HDTV installation and projection systems. They carry flat screen TV's like Samsung, Sharp and Panasonic.

You can buy refrigerators, microwaves, washers, dryers, stoves, compacters, ice makers , ice machines, wine coolers, freezers both upright and chest. Air conditioners are available portable or installed. .A Frigidaire double door upright is $628.00 on line but they suggest coming to the store after checking online prices because the store prices are often even lower.

They carry games for TV, Videos, Etec players, video cameras and digital cameras including cute little Disney cameras for children.

We foolishly went on a week end right before Christmas looking for a stove so we saw the store at its fullest people wise. Despite this we had no trouble getting a salesperson, Bob Williams, who was pleasant , informative and accommodating. We had already purchased a refrigerator from Brandsmart so he easily looked us up in the customer records. He showed us several models, was not at all pushy and we chose a stove in no time. He made sure we had all our paperwork, explained the delivery system and off we went. Despite the fact that for me, the place seemed overwhelming, it was an easy shopping trip.

When we purchased our refrigerator, the GE double door bottom freezer style, we bought it on a Saturday and it was delivered the following day, Sunday. We were amazed. This time, when buying the stove, we were told it might be a bit longer since we bought the stove right before Christmas. They said give it a week. One week later we called, the operator gave us to our salesperson just by asking us our phone number and he said he could have it delivered that Saturday in the morning. He told told us delivery would be between 8:00 and 12:00. They said we would be getting a phone call ½ hour before delivery Saturday came and we went out to breakfast figuring we had plenty of time. Luckily we got home at 8:30 and saw the message on our answering machine. They had called t 8:02 to tell us they would be at our home in ½ hour. At 8:32 the truck pulled up. I was floored! I have had so many bad experiences with wait all day or no show deliveries this was astounding.

The delivery men came in installed the new stove and took our old stove away. They were done in 20 minutes. The service center is top notch. Brandsmart has 75 factory authorized repair technicians who get regularly updated training. Each repair is warrantied for 30 days. They have a specialized video/plasma center and home appliance repair service. They are backed by the NESPA,(National Electronics Service Dealers Association.

Brandsmart offers their own credit cards, regular and platinum with 0% financing.
