BREAKING Update: Kyron Horman Sighting BOLO Issued by FBI, No Kryon

Kyron Horman Possible Sighting Alert by FBI to Charleston, VA Late Saturday Night

Radell Smith
Charleston Police Department said Metro 911dispatchers got a call late Saturday night, July 10th from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) requesting they put out a BOLO (Be on the lookout) for a child in their area who might be Kyron Horman, according to WOWKTV.com

A report of a missing boy from out of town had made its way to the FBI and they had, as they do in such procedures, notified the local law enforcement agency for the area.

A 94 silver Ford van sans windows was included in the BOLO. According to the tip received by law enforcement, and the van had been spotted in the Charleston area in an Advance Auto Parts store on the west side of Charleston.

As is customary, 911 dispatchers alerted law enforcement officers on patrol about the BOLO. Police made contact with the occupants in the vehicle shortly thereafter, and they have since concluded the child does not appear to be Kyron Horman.

The FBI has not issued any formal statement acknowledging the requested BOLO by 911 dispatchers in Charleston or about the results of the requested stop. Additionally, Kyron Horman remains a missing person and all information about his known whereabouts should be sent to the investigating authorities.

Is it possible Terry is a battered woman, who hid the child? Why did she want her husband dead? Has Terry or the one married to the detective ever "mentored" or been involved with other children? Any trips to Canada BEFORE the disappearance. Who else in CA knows that Terry was stepmom to Kyron? Anyone from her past angry with her? Like her parents friends. She was born in CA, right, before being taken to OR, and where else has she lived? Florida, ever? Has she ever been to Florida?

I've felt all along there was a male or money (or both) motive with her case.

I couldn't agree more, Cherise. I thought about Susan Smith too.

Sadly I don't believe she hid the child - she has done something to him - if she wanted to off the husband and was that angry she had to do something to piss off the husband - she did something to that poor little boy. The first time I saw her she reminded me of Susan Smith - now is is living in Roseburg with her parents and not passed to tests about what happened that day - she is a bad actress - we all know she had something to do with it - the bio mom knew too something was not right the day he went missing

It is mandated. FBI has to ask LE to check it out. The press listen in on scanners to dispatch calls. That's how it became news.

It wasn't Kyron...no duh! I mean, come on. That report was just a citizen seeing what they wanted to see, probably an employee of Advance Auto. But, they can't chase down every lead like that unless there's more to it. This was ridiculous to hype up everyone for no reason. I feel sorry for the people in the van, especially the little boy who is NOT Kyron!
