Breanna's Bear

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Breanna, she liked her hair in pig tails and had a best friend named Lucy. Lucy was a teddy bear, fluffy, soft, and white; she would hold and snuggle her all throughout the nights. One morning Breanna woke to find that Lucy was gone, holding her head high she tried not to cry "I will find you Lucy, I will find my best friend don't you worry we'll be together again". Starting at the dresser she opened all the drawers, no bear in there so she dug around some more, pulling out shirts and socks she tossed them around; finally at the bottom was nothing but a bare dresser ground. "Where or where could my Lucy bear be, if it weren't for her I would never sleep" off to the closet Breanna did go where she threw all her toys around on the floor "still no bear, this cannot be what will I do if I never find Lucy?". The day went on and mom took her to bed, Breanna cried out "Oh no, please no, there's monsters in there!" Mom opened the door to Breanna's pink room "how could you find Lucy in this messy room?" Breanna's eyes grew glossy and bright "I don't want to sleep, not without Lucy tonight" her mom looked high and her mom looked low "Here I found Lucy there on the floor!" Breanna crouched down and crawled under her bed "Oh Lucy my friend, don't ever leave me again!" snugly and warm mom tucked them in bed "sleep my sweet angels" she softly then said. Turning off the lights mom closed the white door, Breanna hugs soft, white Lucy "I won't lose you anymore".
