Breast Milk - The New Diet Craze?

Worried about visceral fat? Do you have any idea what it is? I didn't, so I had to look it up.

Visceral fat is the dangerous kind of fat that builds up around your vital organs, and is commonly due to a lack of physical activity. This is what can lead to heart disease and diabetes.

Well now the Japanese have an answer for you to help curb that fat that could ultimately kill you.

Breast milk.

Yes, you read it right.

The Japanese have done research with 12 men from the age of 35 to 60, giving them breast milk in pill form. Overall, the test results have been amazing! By taking 300 milligrams of a "lactoferrin" tablet daily for two months, they discovered that they had an average loss of 22% of their visceral fat. Their waistlines decreased by approximately 4% as well. In one lucky guy's case, his visceral fat dropped by 40%!

So what is lactoferrin? The major cause of these great results?

Lactoferrin is a protein that's found in bodily fluids, with most high concentrations in breast milk. You can also find it in tears, uterine discharges and mucus. Sounds delicious doesn't it?

It's not uncommon knowledge to know that breast milk has anti-bacterial effects to protect newborns and help provide immunity.

If you want to try this new breast milk diet, the particulars are important. To get the best results, you need to find "new" breast milk, which is from someone that has birthed within the last 3 days.

While this is new news, it's not a new study. Breast milk has been used for the past 13 years to help prevent the outbreak of cancer. Sorry, but I have no results on that study. They had also started using breast milk studies to find a way to reduce, and fight gum disease. No results on that one either....

As they were testing, they accidentally ran into the good fortune of the visceral fat reduction, so researchers were completely caught by surprise. Tests began on that, and the results are finally in, after 3 years of collecting data.

So now what?

Plans to commercialize the lactoferrin pill are under way. Japan is hoping to grow its US market share of diet products, and hopes to build their riches by selling their new cure to obese Americans.

So is the next thing on the fad diet list? The Japanese claim it's not, it's a legitimate way to lose your visceral fat.

It's up to you if you want to try it when it hits the US market!
