It's funny how I snore at night and have snored at night for the past 20 years. My wife is just now saying something about my snoring which is shocking to me. She says that I've gotten worse over the years and maybe I need to try out a nasal spray or patch. I went to Walmart to see what I could be lured into buying. I ended up buying the Breathe Right Nasal Strips for $20. I found the price a bit expensive for my taste. But I had to try something and Breathe Right Nasal Strips were my choice.

I found the Breathe Right Nasal Strips effective on some areas and worthless in others. If you happen to snore heavily then you more than likely won't see much result from the Breathe Right Nasal Strips. My wife tells me that she sees the difference and that the Breathe Right Nasal Strips make her life easier.

The Breathe Right Nasal Strips are made with mentholated vapors. I'm not a fan of menthol and after so long of wearing the Breathe Right Nasal Strips I just end up pulling them off. But the menthol is what opens up your nasal passages.

Another thing I dislike about the Breathe Right Nasal Strips is that they are small. I have trouble sometimes actually getting the strips over my noise. They also only have 10 in the box for $20 a pop so I'm normally buying a bag and a half per month to satisfy my sleeping habits. I only use Breathe Right Nasal Strips at night but sometimes things go wrong when putting them on.

If your face is oily or dirty, the Breathe Right Nasal Strips will not stay attached to your skin. So I would advise you that you take the time to clean your face before you attempt to use Breathe Right Nasal Strips. Even though keeping them on can be a hassle, getting them off can be irritating.

Breathe Right Nasal strips also help to clear up congestion. So whenever I get congested, I put a Breathe Right Nasal Strip on my nose. Plus, when I get congested it causes me to snore even harder.

I think the Breathe Right Nasal Strips are definitely worth buying if you or someone else has a snoring problem. It may not cease the entire problem but it can make a huge difference.
