With the kids out of school for the summer, families look to find ways to make their vacation time memorable and fun. Camping is often the winning choice for everyone. A camping trip can be fun-filled days-on-end, with things to do such as swimming and fishing, hiking and campfires and on and on! The days can be non-stop excitement, but for some, the nights can be filled with dread. On camping trips, we often find that it is difficult to sleep away from home, in a rustic environment, with wild-life right outside of the tent.

Even more taxing, it can be sleep depriving and fatiguing, when a member of your camping party suffers from sleep apnea. One could easily lay awake all night counting sheep, simply because their neighbor or family member is snoring and sucking wind all night, oblivious to its effect on himself/herself or others. It is important to get a good night sleep for your body and mind. During a camping trip one must be rested in order to be attentive to the environment, themselves and others. One product line that can help people who suffer from sleep apnea is a small breathing aide called Breathe Rights. The Breathe Right researchers have developed a line of products that can help just about everyone.

Among these is your first line of defense called: the Breathe Right Brand nasal strips. Included in the packaging are clear directions and a diagram, which enables the consumer to accurately place the strip on their nose. Once it is on, the strip then lifts the nasal passages, allowing air to flow freely through the nose. This lessens the struggle for air intake while sleeping and allows good sleep for the wearer and restful sleep for others of those near to them. The Breathe Right brand nasal strips come in small, medium, large, and even a child-sized version, with a choice between tan color and clear. Purchase of this product is a small price to pay for the relief it brings. You can get them at any retail store.

For some sleep apnea sufferers, the strip is only part of the remedy that they need. 'Dry throat' can cause sleep apnea as well, which brought about a new product from Breathe Right. This product is now available as a lubricating spray. The spray moistens throat muscles during the night and allows them to move as they should. It helps relieve tension that has been put on the muscle from stress, and allows for a more fluid breathing pattern. Just spray the product in your throat passage before bedtime and you'll be set for a quiet, restful night of sleep. The spray is packaged in a six ounce bottle. It is available where other Breathe Right products are sold.

Other Breathe Right brand products can be used for more than a good night of rest. Their product line also includes Vapor Release nasal strips for people suffering from congestion due to colds or allergies. This product helps open up your nasal passages, by releasing menthol vapors, with just a touch of the strip. The menthol clears out congestion and helps the wearer stop struggling for air. The Breathe Right Vapor Release nasal strips are made in the same sizes as the regular nasal strips and are priced the same. The directions for use are just as easy to understand as all of the other Breathe Right products. They are easy to use and a must for anyone with a desire to breathe easier.

Breathe Right products are also a good find for the allergy sufferer. The product can be used for your day-to-day activities as well as at night for sleep apnea. This product can help you breath more freely and give you the oxygen you need to stay alert during the day and comfortable at night. With summer allergies invading your camping environment, you should pack a box for your allergies and another one for the sleep apnea sufferer in your tent. Doing so will allow everyone to breath and sleep well during their summer vacation.
