Brenden Theatres and the Palms Hotel and Casino Brings Hollywood to Vegas!

Forget Hollywood Boulevard, The Walk of Fame, The Sunset Strip and every cliche' that comes from "Tinseltown." Las Vegas, Nevada is where you want to be when it comes to seeing stars. Johnny Brenden, owner of Mann and Brenden Theatres, along with George Maloof , owner of the Palms Hotel and Casino, have managed to bring major Hollywood premiers and screenings to the city that never sleeps. The most recent premier, "Steel City," starring America Ferrara, had a star studded draw that included James Van Der Beek, Heather McComb, Ashlyn Dixon and theatre owner Johnny Brenden himself. Other recent Palms/Brenden Theatre events have hosted stars such as Sylvester Stallone, Paris Hilton, The cast of "Entourage," Brian Tee, Bruce Willis and many more.
"Stars and studios love the concept of Vegas for their premiers, because the city has unlimited entertainment. Before, a premier was a two hour event...now it can be an entire weekend event .The parties, press conferences and everything else associated with a premier, can be held at one venue. Plus, who doesn't love Vegas?" asked Ashlyn Dixon with a wink.
The Palms, is known worldwide for its relationship with the A listers. It is a natural progression that Brenden Theatres, located in the Palms, would take the next step in giving the A Listers more than just a place to play. Now, they have a place to display their hard work to the world...and get a little play time in, as well. "The very foundation of Las Vegas history comes from Hollywood and the two cities will forever benefit from one another." says Jason Davis, grandson of former Twentieth Century Fox owner Marvin Davis. "The film industry is beginning to take advantage of the public and media draw that Las Vegas has to offer." Davis goes on," I, for one would rather attend a premier in Vegas than LA...there is much more to do and the people in Vegas are wonderful!"
