Bridal Shower Activity: Bubble Gum Quiz
A classic bridal shower game is to play the bubble gum quiz. In order to play this game, the game host needs to ask the groom a series of questions (about himself, their relationship, embarrassing moments, etc.) before the bridal shower.
At the bridal shower, you will just need the questions and answers, and a few packs of bubble gum, which the bride will get to hold. To play the game, read the bride the question that you read to her fiancé, and have her try to give the answer he gave. If she gets it right, she is safe for the round, but if she gets it wrong, she has to put a piece of bubble gum in her mouth.
It is best if you start with an easy question or two so she will think she knows everything, and then hit her with the hard ones. If you want to do a high tech version of the game, take videos of the groom giving his responses, and play the videos after the bride answers so people can vote on whether she got it right enough.
Bridal Shower Activity: Gift Responses
If you really want to make the bride blush, have somebody covertly write down her exclamations as she opens her bridal shower gifts. Many women will say things like, "Wow, it's so shiny!" or "I have always wanted one of these!" and similar exclamations as they see the gifts they have received.
After she is done opening the gifts, tell her that you have discovered a sneak preview of what she is going to say on her honeymoon when she and her new husband are enjoying themselves in bed. Then read the list of phrases she exclaimed, taking care to make them sound as scandalous as possible. She won't be able to contain her embarrassment.
Bridal Shower Activity: Share Embarrassing Moments
Another amusing activity is for the attendees of the bridal shower to share embarrassing moments that they have witnessed the bride and groom having together. Many of them the bride will not even know about, and she is sure to blush when she hears how one of her friends accidentally found her kissing her fiancé in dark nook downtown, or something like that.
These of course can be interspersed with good memories of the bride and groom together as well, if you would prefer to not make the bride blush too much. Either way, she is sure to enjoy hearing about memories her friends have of her and her fiancé.
