Adding custom-made personalized décor items to the room is a sure-fire way to make the couple 'love' the room and associate with it. These items should be given to the couple as a keepsake and reminder of their honeymoon days.
This article is aimed to provide ideas on different pieces of personalized items in a bridal suite.
Caution: Do not overdo the 'personalization' in the bridal suite. Pick only one or two items from the given list. Otherwise, the suite will look more like museum than a romantic getaway.
Framed Picture collage
Gather some pictures of the couple. Use the Photoshop tools to edit the pictures to enhance interesting, eye catching details. Get it framed and display appropriately.
Album of the developing relationship
If the framed picture collage idea does not suit your budget then a cheaper alternative is to create an album comprising the different phases of the couple's life after they got together. This album is the most liked among the couples when the pictures are arranged in chronological order and have narrative captions. Other than being cheaper than the picture collage frame, the album becomes more meaningful and handy.
Greeting cards or wishes from friends and family
If the bridal suite has a lobby or a hallway with a bare wall then it can be adorned with the greeting cards for the occasion from friends and family. Do not hang this greeting card display right in the bedroom. Things other than pertaining directly to the couple in the bedroom can be a distraction.
Framed 'I Do' Speeches
If the couple is willing to share their 'I do' speeches with the decorators before the ceremony then they too can be framed and displayed appropriately.
Framed wedding invitation card
The wedding invitation card can also be set up in a pretty frame. Since there are so many ideas pertaining to frames in this article, you might be interested in seeing my article titled, Home Décor Crafts-5 Unique Ideas to Frame the Black And White or Sepia Pictures.
Monogrammed Objects
Another simple way to personalize the décor items is to monogram them. The glasses, cutlery, crockery, gowns, and towels can be monogrammed. You can also get a custom-made mirror with the couple's family name and an interesting quotation about the wedlock.
