YouTube.com is available for people from different countries. You can join YouTube.com as a user/ member for free as long as you don't violate the term of service. By being a user/ member, you can save and share your videos. I will explain how to create an account in YouTube.com step by step.
1. You must have an email. You can use any email provider available in your country.
2. Go to YouTube.com and click the "Sign Up" link. You can also instantly access the "sign up" page from www.youtube.com/signup.
3. Fill the form with correctly then click the "submit" button.
4. Check your email for the confirmation link.
5. Click the email confirmation link to finish the process.
6. You are a member/ user of YouTube.com now. You can login into your account and submit videos whenever you want.
7. To login into your account, just simply enter your username and password.
* Please note that sometimes you may have troubles singing up or logging in into your account. If that happened you will have to find out your problems first. Then you can try to find the solutions in the Help section, but if you can't find them in that section, you can try to look for helps from forums, blogs, or just searching it through Google.
In YouTube.com, you can submit as many videos as you like. To do it, you should log in into your account, then go to "my videos" and click on the "upload video" option. Once you reach another new page, all you need to do is just filling the form you see, click next and fill it again, then finally the uploading process will start. Remember that your videos must not violate the term of service.
Being a YouTube.com user/ member, you will be able to rate and even give some comments to others' videos. These actions will need you to log in into your account. Once you are in, you can rate and comment any video you like. To rate the video, just simply click on the stars sign below the video. You can rate it between 1 and 5. You can give some comments by posting it through the form which is located at the end of the page (lowest part).
YouTube.com has many features coming with it. One of them is that you can create your channel. It is where you can view your personal information or profile page, but for others, this is a place where they can view almost everything about you. They can see your videos, bulletins, comments, subscribers, favorites, video log, your stats, and many other things about you. This is a place for people to interact with you.
YouTube.com has its own press room. It is called YouTube Press Room. You can find it at www.youtube.com/press_room. From there you can get much latest information about YouTube.com, like news, basic fact about it, YoutTube.com media coverage, and press release. It also has its own blog which is www.youtube.com/blog. One other side site it has is www.youtube.com/testtube. This Test Tube is where you can find out about new features at YouTube.com.
