Brilliance

The brilliance of color splashes across the waters like the colors of a prism.

Slowly defining the essence within the pounding current,

Drawing.......drawing....pulling the colors to the surface.

Arching over the waters, the colors merge into a rainbow that is more brilliant than any ever seen before.

The darkness beneath that all abhor,

Is channeled away from this nation's door.

Undulating within the waves is a majesty that makes even our inner most spirits soar.

Upon these waves of color that we see,

Are the brilliant smiling faces of our children whose spirits soar free.

Brilliant splashes of color, powerful and strong,

Upon these waves is where the sunlight grows long.

Bringing with it these colors so true,

Upon these Canadian Niagara Falls, my spirit soars too.
