Bring Love into Your Life in the New Year with Feng Shui
It's the New Year and If You're Looking for Love in 2011 Try These Easy Feng Shui Cures to Bring Love into You Life
Not sure what Feng Shui is? Well Feng Shui has been used in China for thousands of years to bring luck, good health, prosperity, and love to those who practice it. In the simplest of terms, Feng Shui is the art of placement of items to remedy problem areas in your home or work space. Feng Shui uses the ideas of Chi, or the movement of life and circulation and the Five Elements; fire, earth, water, wood, and metal to bring luck, good health, prosperity, and love into one's life. So ready to attract wealth into you life in 2011? Here are some simple Feng Shui cures that you can use to bring love into your life in 2011!
Display things in pairs in your bedroom
The number two represents a pair or partnership so displaying things such as in pairs such as pictures, candles, decorations, will invite a partnership into your life.
Place a red star in your bedroom
In Feng Shui, a star is a symbol of hope and red is the color of passion. By placing a red star somewhere in your bedroom, somewhere you can see it often, will not only remind you of what you're hoping to attract but also open you to whatever the universe sends your way.
Clean out everything under your bed
This will clear out any obstacles that may be blocking the flow of Chi, or energy, from moving around your bed and stopping love in your life. And as the bed is a symbol of love so it's important to keep the flow of Chi moving around it.
Have nine pictures, nine candles, or some other representation of nine in your living room
In Feng Shui, the number nine represents fulfillment. To attract fulfillment into your life, use nine similar items in your living room. This can be nine candles placed throughout or nine pictures of friends and family in nine separate frames.
Write the word "love" on a piece of paper
Writing the word "love" on a piece of paper sets your mind on what it is you want to attract into your life. You should write the word in red ink and put that piece of paper in a box made of wood. The red ink symbolizes love and the wooden box in which you place the paper represents growth.
